The purpose of the Club shall be to encourage full participation in the sport of figure skating by persons regardless of race, religion, creed, color, gender, national origin or ancestry; to encourage and cultivate a spirit of camaraderie among ice skaters; and generally to do and perform other acts as may be necessary, advisable, proper or incidental in the realization of the objects and purposes of this organization.
